Overview

Palm Jebel Ali, explained.

A master-planned island by Nakheel on Dubai's southern coastline, organised around a central trunk, a fanned series of fronds and a protective crescent.

Palm Jebel Ali is structured much like its predecessor: a trunk carrying primary infrastructure, a fan of residential fronds providing beach frontage, and an outer crescent providing shelter and future destination land. The scale is significantly larger than Palm Jumeirah, which is the single most important thing to understand when comparing the two islands.

The residential offer launched around villa collections on the fronds, with apartment districts and hospitality forming part of the wider masterplan phasing. Because the island is still under development, the honest position on most numbers is that they should be sourced and dated — which is exactly how this platform publishes them.

Use the interactive masterplan to understand geography, the frond guides to understand orientation and light, and the market pages to understand pricing context.
